When people are experiencing a crisis or going through a major change, they may feel alone, misunderstood, and confused. Sometimes, it may seem as though no solution is within reach, but this is only an illusion. There is always a solution, and every situation has hope. I invite my clients to slow down and experience present moment awareness so they can more clearly recognize the patterns that keep them stuck. Many clients report a greater sense of integration, wholeness & wellbeing.

My main focus is to help my clients gain insight into themselves and any concerns that may cause them discomfort. My approach to therapy is compassionate, with the use of empowerment, personal strengths, insight and humor to assist clients in addressing challenging issues and making positive life choices and changes. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths and achieve their life goals.
